Here, small batches of gin are produced, inspired by the majesty, marvel and mischief of Edinburgh and its inhabitants. It’s really rather good!
After an introduction to Gin in Edinburgh and the many botanicals that make up the great tastes, we were shown around the distillery and taught how their gin was produced.
At the end of the tour we were invited to try some of the flavours produced at this distillery, of course we decided to give it a go!
